“Unleashed” Group Play

What is “Unleashed”?

Unlike any other off-leash play group or doggie daycare, we focus on your dog as an individual when assessing him or her for play from the very beginning. Playful Pawz offers both small and large unleashed yards to accommodate all of our guests. Each dog is required to go through a temperament assessment prior to becoming a member of the “Unleashed Pack”. Since every dog is different and most behaviors change as dogs become more comfortable, the evaluation is conducted over a full day and can sometimes take additional sessions before a dog is actually accepted as a Member of the Pack.

Convenience and Amenities

Once a Member of the Pack, our convenient extended schedule allows for flexibility when dropping your dog off. Whether you are going to work, the Kemah Boardwalk, the beach, or whatever activity you may have for the day, you’ll be confident knowing your best friend is having a great day playing with his friends.

We have several indoor and outdoor play areas so we can accommodate play time regardless of the weather. The outdoor areas include a pool with beach entries for easy access and shallow shelves for sunbathing and relaxing, along with a splash pad for romping through the water on a hot summer day. Our team is there to not only play and interact with your dogs, but most importantly, to supervise and ensure their safety.

Team Training and Certifications

We are proud members of The Dog Gurus, the best educational resource available on off-leash play, and have taken their Dog Play Safety Pledge as our commitment to keeping your dog safe. Our staff goes through continuous training and education regarding canine language and behavior so that they are able to anticipate and identify any potential problems and can react in a timely manner. Our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment for both our guests and our team.

Full Day - $35.00
Half Day (5 hours or less) - $25.00
25% Discount for multiple dogs

Multi day and multi dog punch cards are available for purchase and reflect an overall 10% discount.

Temperament Assessment - $45/includes a full day assessment and full day of play
Temperament Assessment while Lodging - $25/includes a full day assessment and full day of play
